Choir
ECS is developing a comprehensive web-based service center for choirs in
the European Union: in the first phase (approximately June 2005) we have
addressed all choirs in the german-speaking countries with this web based
platform, afterwards gradually all other european choirs. We offer
sheet music for choir and organ, choir journeys, marketing of a choir's
CD's, concerts overviews, etc. Our frequent newsletters keep you
up-to-date.

at any time free of charge. An annual fee already paid is not
proportionally returned; notice at least at 1 month before expiration,
otherwise the membership will be extended by one year automatically.

You can choose between 2 variants:
Variant A: We place your CDs in our internet shop, and you manage the actual selling and
collection on your own. We need a reference-CD for generation of relevant data and images.
The price structuring is left to you, however costs for postage and dispatch charged by you
may not exceed the actual height of the fees charged in the post office and you must
accept payment on invoice (date of payment: 1 week after receipt). We forward
orders to you by Mail. The costs for the admission in our shop: EUR 12,- per CD
once plus EUR 0,60 per month.
Variant B: We place your CDs in our internet shop and we manage
entire selling and selling and collection for you. It is required, that
you send us, at your expense, a number of CD's (usually 25 pieces). We settle everything else
for you. The price structuring is left to you, the (unique) costs for the admission in our
shop: EUR 10,- per CD; as commission for sales management we receive 30% of the
selling price. We account for you with 1 time per quarter.

Support with choir activities:

Choir journeys, etc.: we offer adequate possibilities for rehearsal weekends
(inclusive rehearsal areas, overnight accommodations, locally concert possibilities)
and also the entire management of concert-tours
CD-recordings: we offer a comprehensive service, including general consulting,
organization of recording sessions at studios or at other suitable locations (e.g. church),
production of CDs (professional layout of the Booklet included) and effective selling.

Usually we dispatch by post office (Economy) or by DPD (depending upon weight and profitability).
We dispatch Priority only if required by you (we can not take over the extra costs).
